Outerwear
Create bomber, varsity, windbreaker, puffer, insulated, and vest styles with the layers, hardware, fit, and branding defined for the product.
Product directions
Every style is developed from its own brief. These are common directions to help frame the first conversation.
A jacket brief must describe more than the outer fabric. Shell, lining, insulation, interfacing, rib, pocketing, zipper, snaps, elastic, and drawcords all affect performance, cost, weight, and appearance. Each component needs a clear purpose and approved specification.
Fit should account for the intended layers underneath. Shoulder shape, armhole depth, sleeve construction, body ease, collar or hood, and finished length need to match whether the product is lightweight fashion outerwear or a warmer insulated piece.
Pocket alignment, zipper operation, lining attachment, seam finish, rib recovery, quilting lines, snap placement, and topstitching are visible quality signals. They should be checked during sampling and translated into measurable production instructions.
Branding can include chest or back embroidery, patches, printed panels, custom pullers, labels, and hang tags. Decoration placement must consider seams, insulation, pockets, and lining so the method remains practical.
Outerwear often has more components than a jersey garment, so late changes can affect several parts at once. Approving the full sample, bill of materials, color references, hardware, and decoration before bulk production reduces avoidable variation.
The minimum order is 50 pieces. Production timing is typically 14 days for a 50-piece approved order, but complex or larger outerwear programs are quoted according to quantity, material availability, and construction. Shipping varies by destination.
Projects can include bomber, varsity, windbreaker, puffer, insulated, vest, and other custom outerwear directions, subject to review of the full specification.
Custom zipper, snap, puller, and trim requirements can be reviewed. Availability and lead time depend on the selected components and quantities.
Jackets may require multiple fabrics, linings, insulation, hardware, and construction stages. Larger or more complex orders need a project-specific schedule.
