Product directions
Every style is developed from its own brief. These are common directions to help frame the first conversation.
Jeans fit depends on the relationship between waist, hip, rise, thigh, knee, hem, and inseam. Terms such as baggy, straight, slim, and tapered need measurements or a physical reference because brands and markets interpret them differently.
Rigid and stretch denim also behave differently. Stretch percentage, recovery, fabric weight, and wash treatment can change the final measurement and feel, so the pattern and material should be developed together.
Denim character comes from more than color. Wash direction, contrast or tonal thread, pocket shape, back yoke, belt loops, fly construction, topstitching, distress placement, and hem finish all contribute to the final product.
Buttons, rivets, patches, labels, and hang tags can carry the brand. Exact hardware finishes and placement should be confirmed before production, and any wash effect should be assessed on the approved material.
A denim sample should be evaluated after the selected wash or finishing process because treatment can affect shade, hand feel, shrinkage, and measurements. Fit comments should reference the finished sample, not only the unwashed pattern.
The minimum order is 50 pieces. Production for an approved 50-piece order is typically 14 days, while larger denim programs or specialized finishes require a confirmed lead time. Shipping is planned by destination.
Yes. A reference sample or detailed measurements should define the rise, thigh, knee, hem, and overall proportion.
Wash and finish directions can be reviewed against the material, target appearance, quantity, and production requirements.
Buttons, rivets, patches, waist labels, care labels, and hang tags can be included subject to the approved specification and sourcing.
