Fit and construction come first

A useful t-shirt brief defines the silhouette before decoration begins. Shoulder width, chest ease, body length, sleeve opening, neckline shape, and rib depth all affect how the finished garment looks on the customer. A reference sample or a clear measurement chart gives the sampling team a reliable starting point.

Fabric weight and structure should support that fit. A lightweight jersey can suit a softer everyday tee, while a denser knit is better for a structured heavyweight or oversized silhouette. KNAPMOD reviews these choices together so the fabric, pattern, and intended retail position make sense as one product.

Decoration planned for the garment

Print and embroidery decisions depend on artwork detail, color count, placement, fabric composition, and order size. Screen printing can suit repeat graphics, heat transfer can handle selected detailed applications, and embroidery creates a dimensional result when the garment and design can support the stitch density.

Brand finishing can include neck labels, care labels, hang tags, folded presentation, and private label packaging. Placement measurements and approved artwork should be recorded during sampling so bulk production follows the same reference.

From sample approval to production

Sampling is where the team checks fit, fabric hand feel, shrinkage expectations, seams, artwork scale, and label placement. Comments should be specific and consolidated so each revision moves the style closer to an approved production standard.

The current minimum order is 50 pieces. Production for a 50-piece order is typically 14 days after approval and readiness of required materials; timing for larger quantities is quoted against the actual order. Shipping time is confirmed separately because it depends on destination and service.
