Decisions for your first sample

01

Mark the cushion zones

Shade the sole, heel and toe areas where added pile is wanted. A fully cushioned foot and a terry heel-only design will occupy different space inside the same shoe.

02

Fit at both ends of a size band

Supply shoe sizes and the intended sock height. A broad nominal size range can place the heel pocket too far back on a smaller foot even if the calf stretches comfortably.

03

Specify functional details without implied claims

Define any arch knit, mesh instep or toe seam by construction. Cushion thickness is a product decision, not evidence of medical compression or injury prevention.

What to check on arrival

Wear the sample in the target shoe, lace it normally and walk through the intended movement. Check toe room, heel migration and whether pile bunches after washing.

Brief your cushioned sports socks.

Send a zone drawing, footwear reference, cuff height, size bands and pairs per team colour. Identify which details matter more than adding extra thickness.

Tell us the sock length, yarn preference, sizes, logo and pairs per design. Mention multipacks or packaging, with the delivery country.
