Decisions for your first sample
Set the leg line on both sides
Mark front height and rear coverage independently. A high front curve does not say how much fabric should cover the back, or how the elastic should sit when seated.
Position the gusset opening
Specify fastening type, width, lining and overlap. Ask for the inside view with the closure both open and fastened so edges are not approved purely from the exterior.
What to check on arrival
Stand, sit and reach up in each fit size. Check for pressure at the shoulders or gusset, then assess snap access and leg label visibility. Record torso corrections separately from width changes.
