A pajama order can mean a shirt and long pant, a short set or separates sold individually. State the exact pieces before comparing prices. Decide whether customers can choose different top and bottom sizes, because that changes your order sheet and packing.

Ask to evaluate opacity, seam appearance and comfort on the actual sample. If you change from a dark color to a light one, confirm whether the same material and construction still meet your expectations.
Prepare the US retail handoff

Keep the final sample, color, trim, measurement chart and label artwork together. Check that a packed set contains the correct top and bottom sizes. Mark approved substitutions explicitly rather than leaving them implicit.
