Your brand in the US. Manufacturing in Pakistan.

This service is for American brands considering overseas production, whether you are developing a first collection or comparing a new supplier. KNAPMOD is based in Pakistan, not the United States. If your range must be manufactured in the USA, we are not the right production route for that requirement.

For a custom or private-label order, send a tech pack or clear references. We can discuss fabric, patterns, sampling, branding and packing as one defined project. You do not need to guess every technical detail before contacting us; identify what is fixed and what you need help developing.

Explore private-label manufacturing

What are you making for your customers?

Hoodies and sweatshirts

Send the fit, fleece or French terry preference, fabric weight and artwork. Quote pullover, zip-up and crewneck styles separately so you can compare like for like.

Private-label T-shirts

Show the neckline, sleeve length and fit you want. Include a size chart or reference tee, print dimensions and your quantities by color and size.

Tracksuits and matching sets

State how many complete sets you need and whether customers can mix top and bottom sizes. Confirm that the price includes both pieces, branding and the agreed packing.

Activewear

Tell us the intended workout, coverage, pockets and fabric preferences. Separate fit approval from any performance testing or claims your brand needs to support.

Caps and beanies

Share the crown shape or knit style, closure, embroidery dimensions and color breakdown. A woven cap and a knitted beanie need separate specifications.

Branded uniforms

List each garment and its role, size breakdown and logo placements. Tell us about repeated washing or required testing before the materials and quote are approved.

From your first brief to an approved sample

Make the first quote specific.

Name the garment, quantity per color, size split and branding. Add your US ZIP code and the date you need stock in hand. A launch date is an arrival deadline, not a request to finish sewing on that date.

Check the fit on your customer.

Use a measurement chart in inches or centimeters and name the unit clearly. A US size label alone does not define the fit. Review the physical sample, mark adjustments and approve the fabric, measurements and decoration together.

Confirm the complete order.

Agree the final quantities, approved sample, labels, packing, price and production schedule in writing. Confirm freight separately, including the destination and who handles import clearance and destination charges.

A useful US quote covers more than the unit price.

Ask for sample charges, bulk unit price, decoration, labels and packaging as identified inclusions or separate costs. Request the quotation currency, payment stages and validity. If you need a USD comparison, say so in your enquiry.

For shipping, provide the full ZIP code and whether the destination is your business, home or fulfillment warehouse. Warehouse receiving and carton-label requirements belong in the brief, not in a message after the order is packed.

Confirm the freight term and what it excludes. Do not assume a factory quote includes US duty, customs clearance or final delivery. Have your customs broker review the actual garment and current import charges; there is no single duty rate for every clothing order.

Before printing labels, agree the fiber composition, country of origin, responsible business details and care instructions appropriate to the garment. Your brand should review the final artwork against current FTC clothing and textile guidance. A private label does not change where a garment was manufactured.

Before you place a US-bound order

No. KNAPMOD manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan. This page is for US buyers sourcing from an overseas manufacturer. We do not claim a US factory, US warehouse or US-made production.

Tell us what your US launch needs.

For example: “50 black pullover hoodies, heavyweight fleece, S to XXL, chest embroidery and our neck label. Deliver to ZIP 10001, New York. Please quote the sample, bulk order and freight separately.”

Add your target arrival date and any parts of the design you still need help with. This is a quote request, not an order commitment.
