Custom golf polos
Choose the collar, placket, sleeve and hem details. Show the club crest or brand logo at its finished size. Review how the fabric and decoration sit together rather than approving a logo file separately from the shirt.

Starting a clothing brand?Build a golf range for your US brand, club or pro shop: a polo with the right fit, shorts that move comfortably and a cap carrying your mark. KNAPMOD manufactures in Pakistan. Send your garment list and US destination for a custom golf apparel quote.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
A club buying staff polos, an independent golf label and a tournament organizer need different orders. Tell us which you are planning. Retail stock needs its own size mix and presentation; a tournament order needs a firm handover date and an agreed sponsor-artwork deadline.
For a private-label golf collection, define the fit and fabric before choosing every color. A familiar US size label does not specify the chest, sleeve or body length. Send a garment measurement chart in inches, or clearly labeled centimeters, and identify the size you will use for sample approval.

Specify inseam, waistband, belt loops and pockets. Tell us what the wearer will carry. Check the sample when sitting and rotating through a swing, with attention to pocket openings, waist comfort and usable reach.
Select the crown shape, brim and closure, then approve the embroidery on that construction. A crest that fits a polo chest may need a separate cap layout. Caps have their own material, sizing and quantity requirements.
List sizes for retail, club staff and any tournament gift order independently. A registration count does not determine a retail size curve. Keep sponsor variations and named staff pieces on their own lines so they do not disappear inside a total garment count.
Describe stretch, weight, surface and intended wear conditions. If you need a measurable property such as UV protection or moisture management, ask for a defined testing plan and evidence for the final material. We do not assign performance claims to every polo by default.
Provide the US ZIP code, receiving hours and the date garments must be available for fitting or sale. Work backward through sample approval, production and transport. A tournament date is not the same as the date the factory should finish sewing.
Wear the sample tucked or untucked as intended. Check shoulder reach, sleeve movement and hem coverage. Note whether the logo or chest seam sits comfortably as the wearer rotates; a front-view photograph will not answer every fit question.
Place the polo and cap together under consistent lighting. Approve thread colors, logo dimensions and position on each item. Where the range includes more than one fabric, agree the acceptable shade relationship using actual samples.
Record the measurement chart, fabric reference, decoration and sample revision. Review the agreed wash result before approval. A future seasonal reorder should identify this version and flag any changed material or fit for review.
Yes. Start with the garment styles, measurements, artwork and quantities. We review development and sample requirements before quoting production. You can discuss a focused polo range without committing to every garment category.
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces. Send the proposed quantities for each polo, short and cap; style, material and color minimums must be confirmed individually. Ask for samples, bulk garments, embroidery, labels and packing to be identified in a USD quotation.
Include your US ZIP code and required arrival date. Request freight and destination responsibilities separately from the garment price. KNAPMOD is a Pakistan manufacturer, not a US factory or local rush-decoration shop. The photographs illustrate garment shapes rather than a named club's completed order.
