Event and festival T-shirts
Set the fit, fabric weight and front or back graphic dimensions. Separate attendee and crew artwork, even if the base tee is identical. Give the finished print size in inches or centimeters and label the unit clearly.

Starting a clothing brand?Create custom event clothing for your US festival, conference or brand activation. Separate retail merchandise from crew clothing, approve the artwork and set a realistic arrival deadline. KNAPMOD manufactures the agreed bulk range in Pakistan.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
An event order needs time for receiving, counting and sorting before anyone reaches the merchandise stand. Give the date you need stock ready at your US receiving address, not only the public event date. Identify whether your team, a warehouse or the venue will accept the shipment.
Decide what will be sold, given to attendees or issued to crew. Those groups can share a garment but often need different artwork and sizes. Treat named sponsors, performers and dates as an approval task with one responsible decision-maker, not as details to resolve after printing starts.

Plan the hoodie as its own stock item with its own sizes. Review the graphic around pockets, seams and zips. Do not estimate the hoodie order simply by copying the T-shirt quantity or size distribution.
Choose the cap construction and logo method before approving the artwork. Embroidery, a patch and a printed panel need different preparation. List cap quantities separately and review how small lettering reads on the actual front panel.
Label the front, back and sleeve placements with their dimensions. Check sponsor names, event dates and spelling. Record who can approve revisions. A change to one sponsor mark can affect every garment carrying that artwork, not only a single line in an email.
Keep retail, attendee gifts and staff clothing separate. Identify CREW or VOLUNTEER marks and the number of garments that need them. Use your own prior sales, registrations or allocation plan to choose quantities; we do not invent a sell-through prediction.
Give the ZIP code, receiving window and contact role, plus any carton identifiers the receiving location requires. Ask about transport feasibility before paying. Direct venue delivery and any split shipment need explicit agreement; neither is assumed from the event address.
Check the actual decoration sample for size, color and feel. A digital mockup establishes placement direction but does not demonstrate the finish on a particular fabric. Confirm what the sample represents if any component is temporary.
Review the print-ready file with the event owner before production approval. Check both front and back, including small sponsor text. Keep approved files separate from working drafts so the wrong version cannot be mistaken for the final one.
Sign off the sizes for each garment and artwork version. Explain which carton groups belong to retail and which to crew. Keep the packing reference simple enough for the receiving team to count against before the event.
Yes. Send the garment range, quantities, artwork and US delivery requirements. KNAPMOD manufactures in Pakistan. We review whether sampling, production and transport can fit your receiving deadline before confirming an order.
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces, subject to the style, material, color and artwork breakdown. Ask for a USD quotation separating samples, garments, decoration, labels and packing. Multiple artwork versions can affect setup and minimums even when they use the same base garment.
Supply your US receiving ZIP code, quantity split and required in-hand date. Production and international delivery need separate confirmation. We do not promise next-day event stock or a fixed arrival date before reviewing the order. This is a clothing-manufacturing service, not ticketing, event staffing or on-site merchandise sales.
