Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.

Start with ordinary clothing needs, then identify exclusions.

List the tasks, movements, pocket contents and dress requirements for the team. A technician carrying a small notebook may need a different pocket arrangement from a warehouse employee. Send those practical details rather than relying on the word durable to define the garment.

Where a job requires protective clothing, identify that requirement before discussing an order. This range is not offered as flame-resistant, arc-rated, high-visibility certified or chemical-protective workwear. Your required safety specification must not be replaced by ordinary branded clothing.

Build your garment list

Cargo pants

Specify pocket dimensions, closures and positions alongside the waist, rise and leg measurements. Review access while sitting and bending. Confirm the proposed fabric and construction against the intended ordinary work use.

Branded work polos

Define fit, sleeve length and logo placement for the team. Check the chest mark with the shirt worn normally, including any layers used at work. Keep role names separate from the shared company artwork.

Work shorts where permitted

Only include shorts where your own workplace dress requirements allow them. Specify inseam, pocket layout and waistband. Check movement and access on the sample rather than assuming a shorter trouser is the same specification.

Prepare a US staff workwear order

Count changes of clothing

List garments per person and the spare sizes you want. Separate different roles and fits. Fifty employees do not necessarily mean fifty garments, and one employee size should not automatically determine every garment in the kit.

Describe the real wash routine

State whether clothing is washed at home or through a laundry service. Provide the intended process for sample review. Fabric weight alone does not establish wash durability or suitability for a particular treatment.

Confirm receiving and issue arrangements

Provide the US ZIP code and whether cartons need to be grouped by site or garment. Keep names off initial quote requests unless personalization is necessary. Agree packing identification before the staff issue date is set.

Put the sample through the ordinary job movements

Check pocket access and reach.

Review bending, sitting and reaching with the intended contents in the pockets. Identify any pressure points or restricted movement. These observations guide garment development, not protective certification.

Record measurement changes.

Use a chart in inches or labeled centimeters and compare before and after the agreed care process. Review seams, closures and branding appearance. Send one consolidated correction list for the next sample.

Approve the final staff allocation.

Match the chosen garment version with the size totals and site packing plan. Keep replacement needs separate from the initial bulk order. Future availability and minimums need reconfirmation.

Before you order

Yes, for the agreed ordinary-clothing specification. Supply garments, sizes, authorized artwork and intended use. We review materials, construction and decoration before quoting production.

Request a quote for ordinary branded workwear.

Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces, with style, color and material minimums confirmed separately. Request a USD quote identifying samples, base garments, logos and packing. Explain the workplace use so unsuitable requests can be identified early.

Include the US receiving ZIP code and required staff issue date. KNAPMOD manufactures in Pakistan, and production time is separate from international shipping. Protective-equipment requirements are outside this ordinary-workwear offer.

A starting brief could look like this

“Our US service business needs 100 navy polos and 50 cargo pants for ordinary staff clothing, not PPE. Size charts and pocket references are attached. Please quote in USD, with samples, logos and delivery to ZIP 60601 identified separately.”
