Starting a clothing brand?Get your US club's jerseys, shorts and warm-ups into one clear order. KNAPMOD manufactures in Pakistan, with garment specifications, player-number artwork and size allocations approved before production. Send the roster totals and your first required delivery date to discuss the range.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
A jersey number belongs to a specific size and artwork version. Start with a numbered order sheet that separates jersey, short and warm-up quantities. A player may need different sizes in the top and bottom, so a single size column is not always enough.
Tell us the sport, adult or youth size range and intended use before sampling. Home and away versions need separate approvals. Any league specifications or required testing must be supplied for review; a custom uniform does not automatically satisfy every competition's rules.

Define inseam, waistband, pockets and any lining. State whether numbering appears on the shorts too. Allocate bottom sizes independently when players do not use the same size for both pieces.
Confirm jacket and trouser measurements, closures and layering room. Identify complete sets versus separate pieces in the quote. A warm-up set should not silently become two differently counted stock items.
Use one final order sheet with a revision date and an approver. Separate unnamed spares from personalized garments. For an initial estimate, totals are sufficient; avoid sending unnecessary personal information about players.
Provide finished-garment measurements in inches or labeled centimeters. Compare the proposed jersey and short on the intended wearer. Review additional sizes when the range spans substantially different fits rather than extrapolating from one adult sample.
Give the receiving ZIP code and the date uniforms must be sorted and issued. Sample approval, production, transport and team distribution are separate steps. Ask about feasibility before treating the first game date as a confirmed delivery promise.
Review reach, coverage and waistband comfort during the intended movements. Show any equipment worn with the garment. Record fit corrections with measurements rather than relying on a smaller-or-larger size label.
Proof names, numbers, sponsor marks and contrast at their actual size. Check home and away layouts independently. Make sure revised files are clearly distinguished from earlier mockups.
Match each garment count to the final roster and spare-stock list. Agree carton or pack identification and how the club will check delivery. Retain the approved files for the next season's quotation.
Yes. List each garment and its quantity separately, including whether a warm-up quantity means complete sets. We review the patterns, materials and decoration for each style before confirming the order.
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces. Confirm the required minimum for each garment, color and design; a club kit can contain several production styles. Request a USD breakdown for samples, garments, decoration and agreed packing.
Provide your US ZIP code and arrival deadline. Freight and destination responsibilities must be defined separately. KNAPMOD manufactures in Pakistan, not at a US teamwear factory. Small replacement orders and late roster additions require a fresh feasibility check.
“Our US club needs 60 jerseys, 60 shorts and 50 warm-up sets. Top and bottom sizes are listed separately, with two jersey artwork versions. Please quote in USD, including sample costs and delivery to ZIP 80202 as separate items.”
