Build the band for the fastening
A pull-on bralette must open far enough to dress; a hook-back version can fit more closely at rest. Set relaxed and extended band measurements for the chosen construction.
Place the hardware while worn
Mark where adjusters sit relative to the shoulder and back. Review lining, strap width and ring size as one assembly so the strap does not fold or dig into an edge.
What to check on arrival
Have fit reviewers try the intended sizes, adjust the straps and remove the bralette. Record cup gaps, underband roll and hardware contact without assuming a support level from the design.
