Member and coach tees
Decide whether the same fit will serve both groups. Mark a staff identifier separately from the gym logo and specify front and back placements. Ask for the base tee and each decoration option in the quote.

Starting a clothing brand?Make clothing your members can buy and your coaches can wear. KNAPMOD manufactures custom tees, tanks, hoodies and shorts in Pakistan. Plan the merchandise range and staff allocation together, with each garment and logo priced clearly.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
Members buying a branded hoodie need a retail size range. Coaches receiving work clothing may need several garments each and a different logo treatment. List those groups separately so a stock order does not accidentally use your staff size distribution.
This service is for a bulk clothing order for your gym, studio or fitness business. It is not a print-on-demand storefront, equipment supply or direct-to-member fulfillment service. If you are developing a technical activewear label rather than gym merchandise, use the dedicated activewear product page for that brief.

Choose the armhole depth, neckline and body length for your customers. A tank that looks right standing still may feel different during an overhead movement. Check the logo position on the actual worn sample.
Describe the inseam, pockets, waistband and any liner. Give shorts their own quantity and size breakdown even if you will sell them with a top. Request a separate activewear review for specific fabric-performance requirements.
Separate reception retail stock, coach clothing and event merchandise. Tell us whether cartons should be grouped by site or garment. If a launch or gym opening sets the deadline, give the required arrival date before approving the sample schedule.
Mark print width and distance from the neck or seam. Test a back logo while a coach demonstrates an exercise, not only in a flat mockup. Check contrast on every proposed color and review any name or staff-role treatment separately.
Keep the approved size chart, fabric reference and artwork version. Record which size ranges need replenishment. Reorders still require confirmation of material availability, current minimums and timing; keeping the specification helps make that conversation precise.
Choose a reference size and intended fit instead of assuming one unisex sample represents every member. Give measurements in inches or centimeters and make the units explicit. Request separate fit development when the range needs it.
Have the wearer reach overhead, bend and sit. Check coverage, neckline movement, pocket access and logo position. Review hoodies as an arrival or post-session layer rather than assuming they serve the same purpose as a training tank.
Review measurements, appearance and decoration against the agreed care instructions. If your brand needs claims such as moisture management or colorfastness, discuss appropriate testing before publishing those claims; a comfortable sample alone does not establish them.
Yes. Supply artwork you are authorized to use, the intended decoration method and its finished size and position. Review the decoration on the actual fabric before releasing the bulk order.
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces, with the actual style, color and material split confirmed before ordering. List hoodies, tees and tanks separately. Identify which garments need the member logo only and which also need a staff mark.
Give the delivery address or US ZIP code and the number of receiving sites. Ask what is included in garment cost, artwork setup, labels, packing and freight. There is no promised retail margin or sell-through figure; order quantities should follow your own membership and sales information.
