Decisions for your first sample

01

Fit through the swing

Send a worn reference at address and at the top of a swing. Set sleeve opening and back width together so the wearer can turn without the front placket pulling sideways.

02

Place each sponsor mark

Treat chest crest, sleeve sponsor and back-neck mark as separate artwork. Give dimensions and colour versions for light and dark bodies before estimating decoration.

03

Set the delivery split

Some clubs order named event shirts alongside plain pro-shop stock. Separate these units and clarify whether late additions need blank reserves. Do not base a performance claim on a fabric name alone.

What to check on arrival

Try the sample tucked into golf trousers and raise both arms. Check the collar after washing and make sure the sleeve graphic is visible without wrapping under the arm.

Brief your golf polo shirts.

Send the club crest, event date, target fit, fabric hand and size allocation. Include any required performance tests for review before ordering.

Your polo shirt quote.

Share fabric, collar and cuff details, logo artwork and intended use. Include quantities by colour and size, plus the delivery country.
