Starting a clothing brand?Give the kitchen and dining-room teams a coordinated uniform without treating every role as the same garment. KNAPMOD manufactures chef jackets, shirts and polos in Pakistan. Send your role list, size breakdown and laundry requirements for a sample-led quote.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
Headcount is not an order quantity. A person receiving three work shirts needs a different allocation from a manager receiving one event polo. Start with the role, garment, sizes and changes per person, then add the spare stock you actually want.
For restaurant groups, separate the house specification from the location packing list. The same approved shirt can be distributed across several sites, while names, role labels or sizes differ. We can review the requested garments as a coordinated range; exact quantities and packing arrangements belong in the written quotation.

Choose collar, sleeve, cuff and hem requirements for the role. Tell us whether the shirt stays tucked and what staff carry. Check movement when reaching across a table, not only when standing for a photograph.
Review the collar, placket and chest logo together. Keep manager or location identifiers separate from the main mark. Give the intended wash routine so materials and decoration can be assessed against real use.
List kitchen, service and management garments separately. Include spare garments without personal names, and mark any later personalization. Staff names are not needed for a first price estimate; quantities and artwork positions usually explain the costing task more clearly.
Tell us whether the garments are washed at home or through a commercial service, and provide the intended process. Check the actual sample after that process before approving appearance or fit. Do not assume a fabric or embroidery can tolerate every wash temperature or treatment.
If different venues receive different size mixes, provide a packing list for each. Confirm carton labels and who checks delivery. Replacements should refer to the approved garment and artwork version, with current availability and minimums checked again.
A polo approval does not approve a chef jacket. Confirm fabric, measurements, closures and branding for every style. If the collection shares a color, review the actual materials together because different fabrics can appear different.
Ask the wearer to reach, bend and sit in the intended layers. Review sleeve position, pocket access, shirt length and closure coverage. Keep these wear observations separate from any protective-performance or regulatory claim.
Approve the samples, size charts, logo placement and counts by location. Confirm how personalized items and unnamed spares are identified. A clear final list helps prevent the right uniform arriving at the wrong site.
Yes, you can present them as one range. Each garment still needs its own quantity, specification and sample approval. A shared restaurant logo does not make different fabrics and constructions one identical production item.
Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces, subject to the proposed styles, colors, materials and branding. Give each garment its own quantity. Ask for base garments, logos, names, samples and any location-specific packing to be identified in the quotation.
For US venues, include the delivery ZIP codes and the date uniforms must be available for staff fitting. Sample approval, production, transit and receiving are separate steps. This offer covers ordinary staff clothing; it does not promise heat, flame, cut or other certified protection.
