Decisions for your first sample
Control the number area
Place crest, sponsor, player name and back number on the same drawing. Check legibility where a dark numeral crosses a gradient and specify which font and numbering rules apply to the team.
Freeze one roster revision
Give each row a player identifier, spelling, size and number. Put goalkeeper colours and unnumbered spares on separate lines so changes do not overwrite outfield kits.
What to check on arrival
Inspect the smallest shirt first for crowded marks. Compare panel alignment on a worn sample, check the number from across a pitch and reconcile every personalised item against the final roster.
