Decisions for your first sample

01

Approve the garment, not just a swatch

A flat colour chip cannot show how dye builds at seams and rib. Send a finished tee that captures the effect you want and identify whether variation is part of the look.

02

Decide when the print goes on

A print applied before a wash can look different from one applied afterwards. Agree the sequence for the actual artwork and ask to see it on the selected shade.

03

Set limits for a repeat order

Use an approved light and dark boundary rather than the word vintage. Check whether thread, neck tape and labels should blend or deliberately keep their original colour.

What to check on arrival

Compare several samples under the same light. Look at the collar, seams and print, then measure body length and twist after the agreed wash. Retain a finished garment as the reorder reference.

Brief your garment-dyed t-shirts.

Send the wash reference, base tee measurements, finished shade, decoration sequence and units per colour. Identify which effects are acceptable and which would be a rejection.

Your T-shirt quote.

Share the fit, fabric weight if known, neckline and artwork placement. Add a reference, quantities by colour and size, and delivery country.
