Oversized tees
Set the shoulder drop, half-chest width, body length and neck rib. Give the print its finished dimensions. An oversized size label alone does not tell us whether you want a cropped boxy tee or a longer, wider body.
Explore the garments, materials, and development decisions behind your next range.
Starting a clothing brand?Build a practical route through sourcing, sampling, branding, and production.
Starting a clothing brand?Your tee, hoodie and jogger should look like one collection, not three unrelated blanks. Bring KNAPMOD your fit references, artwork and quantities. We manufacture in Sialkot, Pakistan and help turn those decisions into a sample-led streetwear order.

Sampling and bulk are separate stages. The production estimate is for 50 pieces after sample approval and material confirmation. For other quantities, ask us to confirm the schedule. Shipping transit is additional and depends on the destination.
A first collection does not need every garment type. Decide which piece carries the main fit or graphic, which pieces support it, and whether customers will buy them separately or as a set. That choice changes the quantity breakdown, size planning and packaging.
For a private-label streetwear range, send your own artwork and a clear description of the silhouette. If a reference is another brand's garment, identify the fit or construction detail you mean rather than asking to reproduce its branding. Photos in this page are garment references, not examples of a named customer's order.

Choose pullover, zip-up or crewneck, then specify fabric weight, inside texture and rib proportions. Show sleeve and back artwork separately. A zip running through a front graphic needs its own layout approval.
Review the jogger or sweatpant beside the top. Confirm waist, rise, leg shape and color together. If sets can mix sizes, list top and bottom units separately rather than giving one undifferentiated set total.
Choose the reference size you will approve and mark the changes on front, side and back views. Include measurements in one named unit. A wide tee, a cropped hoodie and a straight-leg pant can work together, but each still needs its own pattern and size progression.
Cotton jersey, fleece and rib can look different under the same color name. If pieces must coordinate, ask to review the proposed materials together. For washed or dyed effects, agree a physical appearance reference and acceptable variation before approving production.
List quantities by style, color and size, then give each artwork placement a name and dimension. Ask what a second print, embroidery or custom trim adds to the same garment. This makes it easier to adjust the collection without comparing different specifications.
Confirm which fabric, trims and artwork are final. Clearly mark sample substitutes. A sample in a different fabric can help discuss shape, but it does not establish how the final weight, shade or decoration will behave.
Compare lengths, volume, pocket positions and graphic placement. Wash according to the proposed care instructions and check the agreed measurements again. Consolidate fit corrections and artwork changes into one dated response.
Approve the final sample, measurement chart, colors, artwork, labels and quantity sheet together. Keep a reference for later drops. A reorder that changes the fabric or wash needs review rather than an assumption that the first approval still covers it.
Yes. Send the measurements, construction details, fabric direction, artwork and quantities for review. Mark any unresolved points so the sample quote distinguishes development work from a production-ready specification.
Send your target assortment, not just a total number of garments. Our starting MOQ is 50 pieces; the feasible split between styles, colors and materials is confirmed in your quote. Adding many designs to one total does not remove their individual production or sourcing requirements.
For a US launch, include the delivery ZIP code and the date stock must be in hand. Ask for samples, bulk garments, decoration, labels, packing and freight to be identified. Production time and delivery time are separate parts of the plan.
