A heavier body does not automatically need a taller collar. Compare how the proposed rib returns after stretching and how the neck sits under the weight of the body. Request fabric options by weight and finish.
Give the print width and distance below the neck seam. A graphic approved only on the middle size can look small across the largest chest. Tell us whether you want fixed artwork dimensions or more than one print size.
Compare before- and after-wash measurements using the same points. Try the tee on with arms relaxed: the side seam, shoulder drop and sleeve opening tell you more about the intended fit than the size label.
