Order by pupil measurements
Record chest width and body length rather than relying on an age label alone. State whether the shirts should tuck in and whether older pupils move into a different fit block.
Plan for mid-term replacements
List house colours, staff sizes and unbadged spare stock as separate rows. Specify which parts must match between terms: body shade, collar stripe and thread colour.
What to check on arrival
Wash a sample as families are expected to wash the uniform. Check whether the collar rolls at the tips and whether the crest backing feels rough against the inside of the shirt.
